The iOPT_PRO forecasting application enables the estimation of short- and medium-term developments of the (gross) load, price and inflow forecasting parameters.
Load forecasts may be drawn up for individual commodity types (electricity, gas, district heating) both from the sales and production views. Depending on the objective of the analysis, the forecasting procedure uses either deterministic or statistical methods which, in addition to expected values, based on correlations estimate.
